Job summary

The Superior Group seeks a Commissioning Intern in Columbus, Ohio for Spring 2027. You will assist with commissioning workflows under the QA and Commissioning team, gaining exposure to field documentation and project interactions on a Columbus jobsite.

This internship emphasizes hands-on learning with site visits and team collaboration. Work details include MOP documents, diagrams, and coordination of checklists, with programs and leadership training offered to interns during January–April.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Engineering; Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, formatting, and review of Procedure documents, one-line diagrams, and basic electrical drawings.
• Help coordinate commissioning checklists, readiness documentation, and project tracking.
• Participate in field walks to understand system installation, sequencing, and project execution.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, electricians, and field teams to support project execution and maintain readiness.

Education
