Arup in San Francisco invites an Electrical Engineering Intern to contribute to power distribution design, lighting, and coordination on buildings and infrastructure. You’ll work with Revit MEP and SKM, perform photometric calculations, and assist with technical reports while learning from multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Responsibilities

• Design power distribution, lighting and grounding for buildings and infrastructure
• Perform short circuit, coordination and load studies
• Conduct lighting photometric calculations using AGI
• Assign circuitry for Power and Lighting devices
• Prepare technical reports and calculations
• Work with Revit MEP and SKM on projects
• Collaborate with other disciplines and vendors
• Attend meetings and participate in discussions to gain knowledge
