Job summary

VAA is seeking Electrical Engineering Interns for Summer 2027 to contribute to real projects in power and industrial facilities. You’ll work with experienced engineers, assist with electrical design, calculations, drawings and project documentation.

You’ll gain exposure to power distribution, lighting, grounding and circuit design, learn engineering software, join site visits and collaborate with multiple disciplines while exploring how classroom concepts apply to real-world applications at VAA.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Interest in electrical systems, power and industrial facilities.
• Curiosity, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical design, calculations and drawings.
• Gain exposure to power distribution, lighting and grounding.
• Learn and use electrical engineering software and design tools.
• Work with engineers on real client projects and attend site visits.
