This role blends engineering leadership with staff development, project oversight, and business development within a multidisciplinary firm. Expect collaboration across disciplines and growth opportunities through leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred or ability to obtain in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering team, set priorities and technical direction.
• Coach and mentor engineers and support professional development.
• Oversee electrical design quality, QA/QC, code compliance and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve design practices, tools and processes.
• Forecast workload and coordinate staffing across projects.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and stakeholders on multidisciplinary work.
• Build and maintain client relationships and participate in business development.
