STV is seeking an Electrical Engineering Chief for our Buildings group to lead teams and manage programs and projects in the aviation sector. The EE Director will oversee design, construction, and commissioning of MEP systems for large-scale programs within our Northeast construction management group, focusing on aviation and transportation clients.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in design and construction of EE systems.
• Knowledge of NY/NJ Aviation market; Port Authority experience a plus.
• PE license required.
• 4-year degree in electrical engineering; master’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction oversight of EE systems for large projects.
• Oversee MEP scope, budget, and schedule and ensure progress.
• Oversee design, construction, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate client and contractor interfaces and present progress updates.
