Job summary

STV Incorporated in New York, NY seeks an Electrical Engineering Chief for its Buildings group. The role leads EE design, MEP coordination, and project management for aviation sector programs and large-scale facilities.

You will oversee design through commissioning, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors. A PE license and 15+ years in EE design/construction are required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in electrical engineering; master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in design and construction of EE systems.
• PE license is required.
• Experience with building codes and standard practices in NY/NJ aviation market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management and overseeing MEP scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate activities for project completion from planning to commissioning.
• Present project status to stakeholders and manage contractor-client communications.
• Oversee design through permitting, construction, and closeout phases.
