Job summary

STV, Inc. seeks an Electrical Engineering Chief for the Buildings group with aviation sector leadership experience to join our Northeast program management team. You will direct design, construction, and commissioning of MEP systems for large-scale projects, guiding budgets, schedules, and client relations.

The role requires a 4-year electrical engineering degree, 15+ years in EE design/construction, and a PE license. Strong knowledge of local codes and BIM tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in electrical engineering; a master's is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in design and construction of EE systems.
• PE license is required.
• Knowledge of NY/NJ Aviation market and relationships with architects/vendors helpful.
• MS Windows, Office, Project experience required; BIM/Autodesk tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management and coordination of MEP scope.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and cost control for projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and client teams across sites.
• Conduct site visits, progress meetings, and commissioning oversight.
• Prepare close-out documents and manage handover to operations.
