Job summary

TYLin Group seeks an exceptional Program Director, Aviation (MEP) to lead a multi-billion-dollar terminal redevelopment program in the US. You will provide executive leadership for planning, coordination, and delivery of major Mechanical, Electrical and Plant Infrastructure initiatives, guiding senior stakeholders and delivery teams through design-build or alternative delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; PE licensure strongly preferred.
• Experience leading airport infrastructure or terminal redevelopment programs.
• Ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams and complex budgets, schedules and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a major aviation infrastructure program on behalf of the client.
• Provide strategic leadership across mechanical, electrical and utility projects supporting terminal redevelopment.
• Direct multidisciplinary engineering, design and construction teams through planning, design and execution.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client representatives and executive stakeholders.
• Lead program governance, risk management, scheduling, commercial oversight and quality management.
• Coordinate multiple consultants, contractors, and project partners across a large, integrated program.
