Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking a Summer 2027 Electrical Engineering Co‑op in Louisville, KY. The program offers hands-on experience across refrigeration, washer, and cooking product areas, with mentoring and defined goals for your rotation.

You will rotate with an assignment leader to meet objectives, develop technical skills, and participate in development opportunities such as resume writing and professional growth. Housing/relocation support is available for eligible students.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical Engineering)
• December 2027 or later graduation date
• GPA >= 3.0 (out of 4.0)
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Work with your assignment leader to accomplish established objectives and goals that support the business and offer learning opportunities
• Complete innovative technical assignments in a variety of product areas including refrigeration, washer systems and cooking products; PCB design, hardware design and debugging
• Work on some of the newest innovations and equipment
• Participate in development and training opportunities to enhance technical and professional skills including communication and resume writing
• Optional events and networking activities with leaders and peers
