Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking Electrical Engineering graduates to join our Fort Mill, South Carolina office. This position is not remote and offers exposure to a wide range of projects including MEP, lighting, power, renewables, EV charging, and ITS design. You will contribute to deliverables, learn regulations, and develop cost research skills.

Ideal candidates will have an ABET-accredited EE degree by Summer 2027 and be eager to collaborate across disciplines in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
• Resolve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines.
• Develop familiarity with applicable regulations, procedures, and standards.
• Contribute to projects across MEP, lighting, power, renewable energy, EV charging, security, and communications.
• Assist with technical specification and report writing, including equipment cost research.
• Opportunity to gain exposure to solar/energy projects, battery storage, PV, ITS design.
