Job summary

Kimley-Horn is looking for Electrical Engineering graduates to join our Raleigh, North Carolina (NC), office. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities include using technical software to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables, collaborating across disciplines, and developing familiarity with regulations. The team works on projects ranging from building MEP, lighting, and power distribution to renewable energy, ITS, and more.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree by Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technical software programs to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for clients.
• Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize clients’ visions for the built environment.
• Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations as well as Kimley-Horn’s and clients’ practices.
• Work on diverse projects including building MEP, photometrics and lighting, power distribution, renewable energy, EV charging, security and communications, and industrial controls.
