Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Frisco, Texas is seeking Electrical Engineering graduates to join our Frisco office in 2027. This is not a remote position and provides hands-on experience with diverse projects.

You will analyze deliverables using technical software, support project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to translate client visions into built environments. Gain exposure to regulations, solar/energy projects, ITS design, and cost research through mentored assignments.

Qualifications

• An ABET accredited Electrical Engineering degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, QC deliverables for clients using technical software.
• Collaborate across disciplines to translate client visions into built environments.
• Develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn’s practices and standards.
• Assist with technical specifications and electrical equipment cost research.
• Gain exposure to solar/energy projects and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) design.
