Jacobs in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an Electrical Design Engineer to support federal building projects by preparing calculations, drawings and specifications. You will design distribution, lighting, grounding, power and equipment connections, coordinating with other disciplines under senior staff guidance.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, ABET-accredited EE degree, Excel knowledge, and Revit/AutoCAD familiarity; EIT status on hire or obtainable; GPA 3.0 and internship experience preferred.

Competenze

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• EIT status on hire or ability to obtain.
• GPA 3.0 or higher and internship experience preferred.

Support electrical design for federal building projects by preparing engineering calculations, construction drawings, specifications, and related design services. Design building distribution, lighting, grounding, power, and equipment connections, coordinate with other disciplines, and deliver accurate work under the guidance of senior technical staff.

Requirements: Requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with Revit and/or AutoCAD. Candidates must have or be able to obtain EIT status upon hire; a 3.0 GPA, relevant internship experience, and working knowledge of both Revit and AutoCAD are preferred.
