Job summary

Jacobs in the United States is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support design calculations, construction drawings, and specifications for federal building projects, including electrical distribution, lighting, grounding, power, and equipment connections.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, an ABET-accredited bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and proficiency with Excel; familiarity with Revit or AutoCAD is expected, and EIT status must be achievable on hire.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Candidates must have or be able to obtain EIT status upon hire.
• A 3.0 GPA and relevant internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description
