Essential Duties:

1. Perform testing, characterization, and assembly of advanced electronic and hardware assemblies.
2. Analyze, report, and present test results to technical staff and management.
3. Operate electronic test equipment to verify, evaluate, and troubleshoot instrumentation systems and components.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of fundamental electrical engineering and circuit design principles.
• Experience using test equipment (e.g., VNA, TDR, oscilloscope).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift moderate-sized test equipment and climb ladders and scaffolding.
• Proficiency in computer use, engineering workstations, electronic equipment, and effective communication.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Physics, or related scientific discipline. Two years of related experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Sufficient mobility to work within confined spaces, with visual and hearing acuity.

Special Requirements:

U.S. citizenship is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Active SSBI is a plus.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this full-time position is $76,530 - $93,320 plus bonus and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay depends on skills, experience, and education. Details will be shared during the hiring process. This reflects the base salary only, excluding bonus and benefits.
