Job Details Job Location: Winder Plant - Winder, GA Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: Undisclosed Job Shift: 1st Shift

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Team Lead to drive the development, organization, and implementation of electrical systems within our mechanical units. This role is responsible for refining wiring processes, overseeing electrical designs, and introducing new technologies to enhance control and safety systems. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a passion for continuous improvement in electrical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Wiring Optimization: Collaborate with the production team to streamline and standardize wiring in electrical enclosures, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  2. System Display & Wiring Instructions: Develop and implement clear, detailed construction and wiring instructions to guide the production team.
  3. Release Process Implementation: Establish a structured process for introducing new wiring diagrams or modifying existing ones, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
  4. Electrical Heater Design: Oversee and contribute to the design of electric heaters, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
  5. Technology & Safety Integration: Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to improve the control and safety systems in electric heaters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of electrical engineering experience.
  3. Technical Skills:
    1. Proficiency in designing and controlling wiring diagrams for mechanical units.
    2. Strong knowledge of electrical enclosures, circuits, and safety standards.
    3. Experience with electrical control systems and integration of new technologies.
  4. Soft Skills:
    1. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
    2. Ability to develop clear documentation and training materials.
    3. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
