Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five years of related experience in building MEP systems engineering and design.
• PE license in the State of Maryland or reciprocity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide building electrification in line with university sustainability commitments.
• Manage electrical system upgrades, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements with maintenance teams.
• Develop preventive maintenance processes for electrical systems.
• Assist in documenting and managing the building fire alarm system for safety and compliance.
• Oversee power monitoring systems for energy management and maintenance purposes.
• Support design and construction standards related to electrical systems and lighting.
