Job summary

STARLINK is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead silicon reliability testing for high-volume production. You will manage package- and wafer-level qualification, develop custom test hardware, and create automation scripts to analyze large reliability datasets.

You will collaborate with design, packaging, and manufacturing teams to drive design and process improvements for higher yield and reliability across Starlink devices. A strong background in HTOL and TDDB testing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with reliability testing and failure analysis.
• Hands-on PCB design and test hardware development experience.

Responsibilities

• Own package-level and wafer-level reliability qualification for new silicon designs.
• Plan and execute reliability campaigns aligned with JEDEC standards.
• Develop test hardware, fixtures, and environmental chambers for reliability testing.
• Design PCBs and electrical interfaces for test fixtures and monitoring systems.
• Develop automation scripts (Python) and data acquisition tools to log telemetry.
• Debug and perform root-cause analysis of failures across silicon and packaging.
• Coordinate investigations with design, packaging, and manufacturing teams.
• Analyze reliability data to predict field performance and drive improvements.
