Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own package- and wafer-level reliability qualification and testing for high-volume production.
• Plan, execute, and analyze reliability campaigns aligned with JEDEC standards.
• Develop custom test hardware, fixturing, burn-in boards, and environmental chambers/systems.
• Design PCBs and electrical interfaces for test fixtures and monitoring systems.
• Develop software and automation scripts (Python) to control test equipment and analyze data.
• Debug and perform electrical characterization to identify root causes of failures.
• Coordinate reliability investigations with cross-functional teams and report findings.
