Position Title: Electrical Engineer Professional
JOB SUMMARY
This position is available in DLB’s Mission Critical Department and focuses primarily on hyperscale data centers and related mission critical facilities.
The Electrical Engineer Professional will have the opportunity to collaborate with all design staff and oversee full cycle electrical design activities. This person will work as part of the Engineering Team and interact closely with organizational leadership to develop and edit project specifications and lead design development efforts.
The Electrical Engineer Professional will be self-directed on day-to-day work and independently performs most responsibilities. Will lead project teams and projects of complex scope and broader programs. Will coordinate activities of other personnel. Assists in the development of policies and procedures.
The Electrical Engineer Professional will communicate and operate in line with organizational goals and values, as well as departmental objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Lead Electrical Engineering Design Activities (40%)
Lead Construction Activities (20%)
Manage Stakeholder Relations (20%)
Organizational Development and Continuous Improvement of Policies and Procedures (20%)
Completion of Assigned Tasks and Deliverables on Time and on Budget
Performs Other Related Duties as Assigned
