Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in electrical design or related field.
• Proven fundamentals in circuit and system design.
• Experience with schematic/board design tools such as Cadence Orcad or Altium.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment and debugging hardware.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate electrical subsystems for Meta hardware.
• Create schematics, direct board layout, and participate in design reviews.
• Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate new technologies and components.
• Support manufacturing builds, hardware bring-up, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, software, and manufacturing teams.
• Document requirements, specifications, and test criteria for modules and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical performance and reliability issues.
• Demonstrate self-driven productivity and ownership of assigned areas.
• Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners and teams.
• Participate in process improvement and knowledge sharing.
