Job summary
Hanson Professional Services, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join its team in Orlando, FL.
You will design power distribution systems for airports, commercial, governmental and industrial facilities, coordinate lighting, fire alarm, access control, multimedia, and low voltage systems, and support multi-discipline projects with field observations and client interaction. The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, PE licensure within six months, 5+ years in consulting, leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Licensure as a professional engineer in Electrical Engineering or ability to obtain within six months.
- Minimum of 5 years in the consulting professional services industry, Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with electrical construction drawings, specifications, submittals review and construction administration.
Responsibilities
- Design power distribution systems for airports, commercial, governmental, and industrial facilities.
- Coordinate lighting, fire alarm, voice/data, access controls, multimedia, and low voltage systems.
- Lead CAD/Revit technicians and collaborate on multiple projects.
- Perform site observations and communicate with contractors.
- Travel as needed to meet project requirements.
