You will lead electrical design for a range of building projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliant, high-quality solutions from concept through construction.

Responsibilities include designing power and lighting systems, performing load calculations, coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and supporting business

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license required for Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience designing building electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical building systems, codes, and energy requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor electrical design staff throughout project design and construction phases.
• Develop practical, efficient electrical design solutions to meet project objectives.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to design power, lighting, and related building systems.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, manufacturers, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Perform major equipment sizing and selection.
• Ensure electrical designs meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Use software to perform electrical load calculations, lighting analysis, and system modeling.
• Support construction administration and respond to contractor questions.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and client presentations.
