Job summary

ITAC is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to independently perform electrical development and equipment design for moderately complex projects. You will lead a small design team, develop electrical documentation, and ensure quality across deliverables such as schematics, plans, and calculations.

The role requires a PE, ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree, and 10+ years of industrial or manufacturing experience; familiarity with NEC and 600V distribution is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• PE Required as a professional engineer credential.
• 10+ years of industrial and/or manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Knowledge of 600V power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Layout, analysis, and design of electrical engineering scope for industrial projects.
• Design and develop electrical documentation: Equipment specs, plans, schematics, calculations.
• Lead a small staff of designers and engineers.
• Perform quality checking on work performed by others.
