Job summary
Intellectt Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with hands-on PCBA and high‑voltage expertise to drive design, validation, and manufacturing support in an industrial electrical environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop BOMs, drawings, schematics, and test plans, perform simulations, troubleshoot analog and digital circuits, and lead continuous improvement using Lean and DFSS.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of electrical design experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field required.
- Experience with design for manufacturing/assembly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain electrical product designs, BOMs, drawings, schematics, and specs.
- Support NPI activities and engineering changes for existing products.
- Troubleshoot production, manufacturing, testing, and design issues with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with suppliers and Supplier Quality to evaluate capabilities and approvals.
- Investigate quality and reliability issues, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions.
- Coordinate verification, validation, and qualification testing with internal/external labs.
