Cushing Terrell seeks an Electrical Engineer or Designer to develop energy efficient, sustainable, and reliable engineering system concepts for diverse projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers to analyze existing systems and craft solutions aligned with client budgets and schedules.
The role includes leading client consultations, preparing design information, and directing field investigations or supervisory activities while contributing to business growth and technical excellence.
As an Electrical Engineer you will work with Project Managers in developing energy efficient, sustainable, and reliable engineering system concepts for all types of projects. This role also requires a demonstrated capability to conduct analyses of existing systems for developing successful engineering solutions to a variety of design conditions. Electrical Engineers often meet with clients for consultation to determine needs, wants, and budgets, or to determine functional requirements of new or renovated systems. This is used to prepare information regarding design, specifications, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time. Field investigations, including the most complex engineering system problems, are led, or directly supervised by this role.
The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 annually.
*Actual pay will be determined based on the candidate’s years of experience, licensure status, location, level of proficiency, and other job-related factors (as permitted by law). This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
