Job summary

Holtec Electrical Engineer (E-FIN) collaborates with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to ensure safe, reliable plant operations. You’ll identify issues, troubleshoot, implement engineering solutions, and support performance improvements across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include developing maintenance strategies, preparing changes, supporting outages, and maintaining essential technical documentation in a regulated environment. PE licensure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in nuclear power, power generation, or related technical field.
• Experience with maintenance, operations, system engineering, or equipment reliability.
• Strong communication and teamwork in regulated environments.
• PE registration or progress toward licensure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support troubleshooting and recommend corrective actions for equipment and system issues.
• Interface with Operations and Maintenance teams to develop maintenance strategies and improve reliability.
• Prepare and implement engineering changes and temporary modifications for emergent needs.
• Support project planning across the project lifecycle.
• Provide outage engineering support and field inspections as needed.
• Develop engineering documentation per procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in projects for online system modifications and plant upgrades.
• Support system configuration management and continuous improvement initiatives.
