Job summary

IMEG is hiring an Electrical Engineering New Graduate in Billings, Montana to work with experienced engineers. You will gain hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience with mentorship and training from day one.

You’ll assist with analysis, design, and oversight of electrical systems in buildings while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations. This entry-level role emphasizes high-performance, energy-efficient design and growth

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Entry-level engineer with interest in electrical systems for buildings.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of electrical systems for buildings.
• Use software/tools to create designs, specifications, and calculations to code and IMEG standards.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and gather project requirements.
• Support project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Document design decisions and client instructions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop practical solutions.
• Participate in IMEG quality control processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Prioritize safety and identify potential safety risks.
