Job summary

IMEG in St. Louis, MO is hiring an Electrical Engineering New Graduate for Winter 2026. This entry-level role provides hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience with mentorship, training, and growth opportunities from day one.

You’ll support electrical systems design, client communication, and multidisciplinary collaboration while meeting budgets and deadlines. You will work with experienced engineers to develop skills in design documentation, QC processes, and industry best

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Prior internship in building design consulting preferred.
• EIT license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and analysis of electrical systems and prepare detailed designs and specs.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and maintain relationships.
• Support project planning, documentation, and scheduling tasks.
• Document design decisions and monitor progress with senior engineers.
• Analyze simple engineering tasks and propose solutions with the team.
• Participate in IMEG quality control processes to meet standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to R&D efforts.
• Prioritize safety and mitigate risks in electrical systems.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and PMs to deliver integrated solutions.
