Job summary

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) is seeking engineers to support the Moored Training Ship (MTS) Hardware Engineering Team. You will help design, build, test, and deliver high-fidelity simulators for submarine and aircraft carrier training used by U.S. Navy sailors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field with minimum experience
  • U.S. citizenship required; background check and eligibility for access to classified matter

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support for state-of-the-art submarine simulators and reactor plant control room training systems
  • Participate in design, construction, testing, and delivery of next-gen nuclear propulsion plant simulators
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure mission-critical training for Navy personnel
