Job summary

CM Mission Critical Engineering in Dallas, TX seeks an Electrical Engineer to produce detailed construction drawings and specifications, perform complex calculations, and coordinate with project teams to deliver on time.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, 0–7 years of design experience, and familiarity with NEC, NFPA, IBC, and coordination with disciplines; EIT preferred, PE a plus; on-site collaboration in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or closely related field.
• 0–7 years of electrical engineering design experience.
• E.I.T. certification preferred but not required.
• PE certification or active pursuit of licensure is a plus.
• Experience in mission-critical, industrial, commercial, or similar environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce highly detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Perform complex electrical engineering calculations.
• Coordinate with internal and external project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Integrate into a highly technical team with strong analytical capability.
• Contribute to QA/QC processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliverables.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and construction-phase documentation.
