Job summary

EXP is seeking an Electrical Designer to join the Mission Critical & Data Center team in Dallas, TX. You will contribute to production of construction documents from initial design to bidding under the guidance of a senior engineer, and coordinate with other disciplines across projects.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, 1+ year of experience, and strong AutoCAD. Revit experience is a plus, and EIT/FE pursuit is welcomed.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• 1+ years of experience.
• EIT or taking FE test
• Strong AutoCAD experience
• Revit experience is a plus
• Experience with using EasyPower and SKM Power Tools for Arc Flash Studies
• Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Mission Critical experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Production of construction documents from initial design to bidding, under the supervision of a senior engineer.
• Drawing setup and design documentation
• Coordinate with other disciplines on all projects.
• Projects within established project budgets and schedules.
