Job summary

CM Mission Critical Engineering is seeking an Electrical Engineer to produce detailed construction drawings and specifications, perform advanced electrical calculations, and coordinate with project teams to ensure successful delivery on mission-critical facilities. The role requires a B.S. in electrical engineering, 0–7 years of design experience; E.I.T.

preferred; PE licensure a plus. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or closely related field is required.
• 0-7 years of electrical engineering design experience.
• E.I.T. certification preferred but not required.
• PE certification or active pursuit of licensure is a plus.
• Experience in mission-critical, industrial, or similar environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce highly detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Perform complex electrical engineering calculations.
• Coordinate with internal and external project teams to ensure delivery.
• Contribute to QA/QC processes for deliverables.
• Review of submittals, RFIs, and construction-phase documentation.
• Support cross-disciplinary coordination with mechanical, structural, architectural, and low-voltage teams.
