Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering school.
• Manufacturing environment experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance, process improvement, and manufacturing support for chemical production, utilities, and maintenance.
• Design, plan, and implement electrical equipment layouts and control systems based on pilot plant data.
• Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation problems to identify root causes and ensure safe operations.
• Evaluate and specify electrical equipment from motor starters, VFDs to high voltage systems and lighting.
• Manage multiple capital projects simultaneously and communicate progress to stakeholders.
