Nesco Resource is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a manufacturing maintenance role in Tulsa, OK. This hands-on position focuses on maintaining and improving electrical systems to keep production running safely and efficiently.
You will work with maintenance, production, and engineering teams, addressing root causes and supporting automation systems while driving continuous improvement on the plant floor.

We're looking for an Electrical Engineer who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment where every day brings new challenges. This is a hands‑on plant engineering role focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the electrical systems that keep production running safely and efficiently.
You’ll work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to identify root causes, improve equipment reliability, support automation systems, and drive continuous improvement throughout the facility. If you prefer being on the plant floor solving real‑world problems instead of sitting behind a desk all day, we’d like to hear from you.
Salary: $110,000-$150,000, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
This position is based in a manufacturing facility and combines office work with regular time on the production floor. PPE, including steel-toe footwear, safety glasses, and hearing protection, is required.
