P2S in Seattle is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to join our award-winning team. The position is open for a Mid-level engineer with a hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, located at our Seattle office.

Salary ranges from $108,000 to $153,000 per year. Responsibilities include pre-design surveys, electrical design, project management, and construction administration.

Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer License preferred
• 5-10 years’ experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead electrical design projects
• Demonstrate project management skills.
• Experience using NEC, AutoCAD, ETAP/SKM, and Revit required

Responsibilities

• Pre-Design Engineering: perform field surveys and prepare site assessment reports.
• Design Engineering: design power single line and riser diagrams; perform electrical calculations with ETAP/SKM; design LV/MV infrastructure.
• Project Management: lead projects with a service-first mindset; mentor junior engineers; support proposals.
• Construction Administration: respond to RFIs; review submittals; ensure design intent and code compliance; coordinate with contractors.
