Job summary

CMC offers opportunities in steel construction reinforcement and related industries. This role supports managing capital projects, budgets, and schedules, coordinating with engineers, operators, and contractors to drive successful project delivery.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensure safety and quality, and align projects with strategic plans while working in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience with low and medium voltage power distribution.
• ABET-accredited Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or 10+ years equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage capital expenditures and oversee budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Initiate communication with external resources (suppliers/contractors) for consistency and improvements.
• Develop detailed budgets and timelines; oversee cost tracking for capital improvements.
• Evaluate project scopes and risk; provide budgeting forecasts and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage CAPEX investments, track spending, and ensure alignment with plans.
• Oversee project team of engineers, operators, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
• Coordinate and expedite issue resolution; track milestones from inception to completion.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
