Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience.
• Extensive experience maintaining electrical control and distribution systems.
• Electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and estimate labor hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance with staff and vendors.
• Source parts and materials to execute work orders efficiently.
• Maintain equipment records and technical documentation.
• Use SAP PM to run work orders and PM tasks; monitor KPIs.
• Plan production outages with maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Participate in planning meetings and CMMS development.
