Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering required.
• 4+ years' experience in electrical engineering and design for oil, gas, and chemical facilities.
• EIT licensure required; P.E. by exam preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage in shop and field testing of switchgear and motor control center equipment.
• Provide direction and coordination of electrical engineering for large industrial projects in midstream and downstream sectors.
• Apply design knowledge in medium and low voltage power distribution, grounding, lighting, and VFDs.
• Conduct power studies (load flow, short circuit, relay coordination, motor starting, arc flash).
• Review and approve electrical design deliverables such as wiring diagrams and schedules.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, project managers, suppliers, and clients.
