ECI is seeking a motivated and experienced industrial electrical engineer supporting multidisciplinary industrial project delivery to join our growing team. This position offers broad exposure to industrial power, controls, instrumentation, and automation projects with room to grow into technical leadership, project management, or subject-matter expertise. Tasks may include but are not limited to:
Minimum Requirements: BSEE, BSEET or MSEE preferred; BSME, BSMET or other degrees with significant heavy industrial controls and automation background will be considered; 4+ years direct experience in industrial automation, power or process control or combination of education and experience; P.E. preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organization and planning skills; ability to work in a team environment; commitment to quality and accuracy; and a willingness to meet fast‑paced project schedules. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial power distribution, controls, instrumentation, and automation systems and a working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, ISA, NEMA, and applicable client standards. Occasional travel/driving is required; therefore, the successful applicant will be subject to ECI’s auto insurance carrier requirements.
