Qualifications

• 10+ years direct experience in industrial automation or process control.
• P.E. license is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and planning skills.
• Willingness to travel on occasion.
• Ability to lead a team and develop a client base in the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary industrial engineering department serving industrial, utility, renewable energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure clients.
• Direct department operations including staffing, quality, project execution, safety, mentoring, client relationships, and financial performance.
• Guide complex programs from strategy through delivery in power, controls, instrumentation, automation, civil/structural and related engineering areas.
• Develop standards, tools, processes, and execution practices to improve quality, efficiency, and client value.
• Partner with leadership to support business development, capture planning, proposals, and long-term growth.
