Job summary

Hach Company, part of Veralto, is seeking an Electrical Engineer III in Loveland, CO to design, develop, and sustain electrical systems underpinning our products. You will lead power, control electronics, and sensor interfaces with a focus on reliability and scalability.

Reporting to the Manager, Hardware Engineering, User Facing Systems, you will collaborate across mechanical, software, systems, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience in product development or sustaining engineering.
• Strong circuit design, system integration, testing, and troubleshooting experience.
• Proven ability to independently lead technical workstreams and solve complex problems.
• Experience working in cross-functional product development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of electrical subsystems (power, control electronics, sensor interfaces).
• Own technical solutions across new product development and sustaining activities.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues affecting performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Develop verification strategies for environmental and operational reliability.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, manufacturing, quality, and product teams.
