Quanta Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer III to support the design and development of electrical systems for EPC power generation and distribution projects. The role covers gas turbines, renewables, BESS, substations, and transmission infrastructure, with responsibility for complete construction packages for utility, industrial, and data center clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• EPC, power generation, utility, industrial, or energy infrastructure project experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical designs for power generation, renewable energy, BESS, substation, and transmission projects.
• Produce estimate-level preliminary designs and material take-offs (MTOs).
• Create scopes, drawings, specifications, and procurement packages for equipment and materials.
• Lead detailed electrical deliverables: single-line diagrams, grounding, wiring, and equipment specs.
• Support project execution from design through startup and commissioning.
