The role involves reviewing projects, managing small to medium site construction, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A Bachelor's with 3 years or Master's with 2 years is required; PLC/SCADA familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 3 years' related engineering experience, or Master's with 2 years.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering principles with understanding of mechanical and process engineering techniques.
• Ability to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Familiarity with safety practices and hazard recognition.

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate and develop recommendations for assigned engineering projects.
• Manage small to medium site construction, expansion or modification projects.
• Administers contracts with vendors for services and equipment.
• Develop working knowledge of local, state and federal regulations for area.
• Assist Senior Engineer in site strategic planning and budgeting for engineering areas.
• Develop and evaluate Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) for capital funding requests.
• Represent the site on steering committees or task forces and perform other duties.
