Job summary

Raytheon’s ALEGS Department in Tucson, AZ is hiring an Electrical Engineer II – Production Hardware to provide cost, schedule and technical oversight across the product life cycle for airborne electrical products. This onsite role supports development and sustainment activities with travel under 10%.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related STEM field, 2+ years of relevant experience in RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal design, and familiarity with lab test equipment

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years’ prior relevant experience.
• Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog and/or RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies or electro-mechanical systems.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to achieve/document concurrence and resolve issues during production, testing, and integration.
• Travel Requirements: less than 10% annually
• Shift Information: 3rd shift (11pm-8AM)
