Job summary
Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an Electrical Engineer II in Carrollton, GA. The role focuses on troubleshooting machine control systems, PLC/HMI development, and improving efficiency in a manufacturing setting.
You will work with Siemens and Rockwell PLCs, develop control software, and participate in commissioning of new equipment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in EE/ME, 3+ years in manufacturing, and strong CAD/AutoCAD skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ladder logic PLCs and field control systems.
- Preferred PMP certification and wire/cable manufacturing exposure.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions in machine control systems.
- Develop and modify PLC and HMI applications; interface with drives.
- Participate in set-up, commissioning, and upgrading of systems.
- Design and maintain instrumentation and control schemes.
