Job summary

Textron Systems is seeking a full‑time Electrical Engineer in Wilmington, MA to provide hands‑on technical leadership for development, integration, test, and production of complex electrical hardware. You will work with electrical designers, systems engineers, manufacturing, and program leadership to ensure on‑time delivery meeting all requirements.

A US citizen capable of obtaining a secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering.
• 2 years’ experience for Level II or 5 years for Level III.
• Ability to obtain Secret level clearance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in resolving non-conformances related to electronics boxes and cables.
• Support integration and delivery of electronic and cable flight hardware.
• Lead or support technical investigations of hardware failures and nonconformances.
• Coordinate with electrical designers, systems engineers, manufacturing, test, quality, and management to resolve issues.
• Provide engineering disposition and technical direction for hardware discrepancies.
• Create Technical Data Packages with 3D drawings, specs and materials lists.
