Job summary

KBR is seeking electrical engineers to support sustainment of aging DoD systems at Tinker AFB and nationwide. This role involves reverse engineering, schematic development, and applying standard engineering practices to modernize legacy platforms.

You'll evaluate requirements, perform detailed analyses, and deliver practical solutions aligned with industry best practices. The position requires ABET-aligned education and the ability to obtain a security clearance, with on-site work at Oklahoma

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from ABET-accredited school.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Reverse engineering airborne and ground obsolete systems by analyzing and understanding their design and function.
Create and review electrical schematics and designs.
Comprehend electrical designs, drawings, and applicable standards.
Perform general electrical engineering tasks.
Develop and review technical documentation related to users, systems, standards, processes, workflows, operations, products, and services.
Work in lab space for fabrication, operation, application, installation, and repair of electrical products.
