Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a hardware electrical engineer for on-site roles in Massachusetts (Tewksbury or Marlborough). Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Electrical engineering experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, simulate, test, integrate, and troubleshoot digital electronic designs and systems.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Quality to ensure designs meet technical requirements and quality standards.
• Analyze existing hardware designs and troubleshoot failures to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Travel less than 10% annually.
