Job summary

RENA Technologies North America seeks an Electrical Engineer II to design, develop, and test electrical equipment and systems from concept to validation in Albany, Oregon. The role collaborates within a team, applying engineering principles to deliver reliable and compliant designs.

The candidate will lead design tasks, develop schematics and BOMs, and ensure manufacturability while adhering to industry standards. A bachelor’s in electrical engineering with 4+ years’ experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 4+ years experience in electrical power systems design.
• Advanced knowledge of integrating electrical heaters, pumps, PLCs, computers, and controllers.
• Familiarity with NEC, UL, NFPA, CE, SEMI and related standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight to junior team members and lead design goals.
• Create advanced electrical system schematics and BOMs for complex equipment.
• Develop design solutions and perform timely engineering tasks.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards and manufacturability.
• Coordinate with Materials to source parts cost-effectively.
